The need to use the AOL app instead of using the IOS mail app is not user friendly. Not user friendly to add photos, PDFs, etc to email.
Please go back to allowing us to use the more user friendly IOS email app instead of the more cumbersome AOL app. Adding photos and pdf files to email on the aol app is not intuitive or user friendly. This could result in me changing to another email provider that allows use with the IOS app.

Add OLD MAIL TO THE REST OF THE MAILBOXES AND NOT JUST ONE
OLD MAIL NEEDS TO BE ADDED TO ALL THE MAILBOXES INSTEAD OF JUST ONE! I can’t seem to add old mail to my aol mailbox? Why is that? And why is it that when I choose old mail in AOL...it returns back to my mail options?

On both iPad and iPhone sometimes an email will not open. I never had that before the app. I’m missing key data.
Fix the glitch.

Empty Spam folder
I would swear there used to be an option when I was looking in the SPAM Folder to either “Empty Folder”, or “Delete All”. I saw it two days ago. It has a blue bar with white text. It would warn me I was going to permanently delete the contents of the folder. No it is gone and I must select at least one Spam email, then select all, then delete to empty the Spam Folder. Is this the new way to delete Spam, or is there a glitch?

AOL search has changed
Why did aol change the search. It isn’t user friendly and keeps pulling up list and the select one then press next and it takes you to another list and it keeps going 😡

Unable to receive banners or alerts since update to 6.0
All of my banners, sounds and badges are enabled but still cannot receive alerts. Started once the 6.0 update was installed on on my iPhone 11.

Why do I keep having to sign in to aol every 3-4 days. Why doesn’t it remember me?

Badges for iPhone
I have the AOL mail app installed on my iPhone and have used it for quite some time. Until recently the app used to work great. In the last couple of updates something has affected the badges (red circle with number of new emails) and now they do not at all unless you open the app, but at that point there is no need to know the new number of emails since I am already in the app. I posted a review in the App Store and BR replied with some steps to fix the issue. Help I hate the new app
The font is too small.
The light great font is too light to see even with my glasses
I had no problem with the old app
I hate the way you add attachments with that paper clip thing
And why when I start typing in an address for sender doesn’t it give me choices from past sent email addresses -
Option to open (or not) next email automatically needs to be restored/
Please add back the option to open or not open automatically the next email in settings. There are times I do not want to go to the next message, and if it's a spam email, I definitely don't want to open it. Also, if I'm working on a project, I want to deal with that project's email, not everything between it.

Why are people in my contacts having their emails go straight to SPAM?
Why are people in my contact list emails going straight to spam folder? Frustrating as I never had this happen before.

Unable to connect to email
Unable to connect to email on my iPhone but it is fine on my computer. Very frustrating and looks like others have been asking for solutions for some time and no response. Very frustrating! Please advise

Please give us dark mode
My whole phone is on dark mode and most apps have accommodated that by releasing a dark mode option. Please create a dark mode option. Opening this app really hurts my eyes sometimes. Thank you!
