Bug: shows “unread messages” when there are none.
Says there are unread messages when there are no unread messages. Can’t get rid of the message or the red badge on the app until it eventually goes away by itself.

SENT folder MOVE option
From the SENT folder I want to move an email to my INBOX. When I select the MOVE option, all folders EXCEPT THE INBOX are listed.

Highlighted subject line
How do I delete this feature? It is harder to distinguish read from unread messages now since all have yellow highlighted subject lines.

Swipe down
Why oh why when I swipe down to read and check a message does the whole reply disappear and unretrievable? It’s so frustrating to the point I’m gonna change my email provider soon! Fix it or I’m gone.!

You need to have an option in "mail setting" on your IOS APP to enable links
It's a real pain to have to always get a pop up[ message to always enable links for this sender. You need to add an option to "mail setting" in your IOS App as you have in the Desktop Gold version to turn that feature on or off.

Same Ad over and over
The ad is tge sane over and over. Other email apps show a different ad after you delete one...not the same. And ither apos ask fir feedback rather than same ad over and over and over....

You now have @aol.com @gmail.com, etc. how about adding @verizon.net
every time you have to log in during the day.
About adding the @verizon.net since they sold us to AOL?

What rubbish is this Jan 2021aol mail app - unusable, full of icons, no way of saving an email to draft midway through.HATE IT amp
Remove new AOL app (Jan 2021) UK and replace with previous app. My iPad and iPhone AOL mails are unusable, full of adverts, icons, emails spread too far apart making them unreadable, no way of saving an email just written to a drafts folder and loathe the general look and formatting. Will have to move to new email provider as after approx30 faithful years with AOL I’m furious and can’t stand this update which is more time consuming, missing features and as far from user-friendly as it’s possible to get. Come on AOL, are you having a joke...

Constantly asks me to re log in, frustrating!

Please withdraw the AOL app. It’s terrible. My folders are jumbled up and K can’t find anything. Also, I can no longer see my spam folder.
See heading and my feedback on the latest app version launched today.
My folders are now jumbled up instead of being in an ordered alphabetical list. I can’t see my spam folder anywhere.
Please withdraw the app and let’s all go back to using iOS for accessing email. -

Used Finger Tip to login
I have to change my password everyday. Changed it Wednesday, tried to login on Thursday and it said PASSWORD INVALID! No it isn’t! Used fingertip verification to login like Bank of America uses

Diese AOL APP ist das Allerletzte. Ständige Fehlermeldungen, 100 mal neu anmelden... ich werde meine e-mail überall ändern!! Und das nicht mehr auf AOL
