In order to review the TOS and Privacy Policy, please temporarily disable any ad-blocker you have installed on your browser and then try to go to mail.aol.com and Agree to the new TOS.
You can also try on a different browser or on a private/ incognito session. Once you are logged into your email, you can enable your ad-block again
