Fix your e-mail service
You need to permanently fix the problem with AOL e-mail. It's slow and many times I can't access my account. It's been 2 days now that I could not sign in. I set up a Gmail e-mail account and inported my AOL e-mail imported to it so that I could read my AOL mail. How embarrassing. I need a reliable e-mail provider and it's becoming clear that the AOL e-mail service is unreliable.

I agree. I have had AOL mail forever and the only reason I haven't changed is because of having to notify everyone but it may be the best alternative. Not being able to sign on while AOL "thinks" is ridiculous. Get it fixed!!

As of tonight I cannot log into my email...been a customer forever..this is the first time I have had this issue..but I use that email for many things..big inconvenience.

First, the AOL e-mail server refused to let me log in. That happened on Saturday. I sent in a help request and got no reply. I sent in a second request and got no reply. I had to make do with using the Web e-mail page. Now, on Monday, even that page has disappeared ("page load error" is all I get, even when I follow the links on the AOL home page). At this point, I have NO ACCESS TO MY E-MAIL! What an incompetent operation!

Use a stronger sticking Band-Aid tape, the one you are using doesn't stick for very long.

I have now had an AOL email account since June of this year. EVERY single day i have seen my America's Great Outdoor Tumblr updates in my Spam box and HAVE TRANSFERED EVERY SINGLE ONE TO MY INBOX !!! I a m tired of this !!! Please place America's great outdoor Tumblr emails to my INBOX or I will shut down my AOL account forever !

“Server has rejected (my user name).” Happened last week too. Took almost. 2 hours on phone with Apple to get mail reset and operating again. Had problem on iPhone, iPad and iMac. Now happening again today.

Give us more information and refunds. This is the second day with issues. Can't send messages or receive new ones on my laptop. No one on chat line and the phone wait is ridiculous if anyone can even get through.

I finally got to my Inbox. I got an error message that there was a problem loading my messages--but there was an ad in the Sponsored line at the top of the page. Share with us--what is wrong that we can't access our email. And why do your messages blame us instead of AOL?
