Hello there,
We have a solution for you, please try these steps: 1. Go to Internet Options 2. Go to the second tab(“Security”) 3. For the first zone, named “Internet” – press Reset all zones to default level 4. Go to the third zone: “Trusted Sites” and click on “Sites” 5. Type in guce.advertising.com then click on Add and Close 6. Hit Ok and reboot the browser. We also recommend accessing your account on a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)

I have not been able to access my mail on aol using edge when I contacted aol by phone the y said I had a 24 hr. block on my mail box did not say why or by whom what the **** is going on with you people

need to fix your sign in , keeps going to guce advertising.com on bing when I enter AOL.com using Edge. when I refresh after 1-2times then finally goes to aol.

I can’t log into my email at work because you’ve changed your advertising tracking and it doesn’t get through my work firewall. I can not disable the firewall because it’s run by IT so any suggestions to do that are useless. I will have to leave aol if you can’t fix this. It started happening in December

How can a user possibly know if guce is a trustworthy site? If the privacy settings that are already in place on my computer (to my preferences) won't allow/says the page can not be reached, then I am inclined to not trust them. I have been going to a neighbors computer with Google Chrome to access my email, but that is getting old and bothersome. Am seriously considering a switch to G mail for everything. Very disappointing to this long-time (over 20 years) AOL user)

To fix aol mail and login on Edge, from getting the guce.advertising.com error, you suggest making it a trusted site. What is guce.advertising? Is this a valid company? Will they be tracking what I do? Or, sending me ads? etc...

It's a detail for the programmers. The opening text in the windows doesn't disappear as I type my information.

If you're not willing to correct this mess, then at least make it possible for us to automatically switch our email account over to something else in order to see our information. This has got to be fixed!

Using Edge, Click Mail or envelop, brings up Cannot reach the page: Make sure you’ve got the right web address: https://guce.advertising.com . I'm afraid to signout, as it looks like people are having a problem getting logged in because of the same error. Please fix this! Or, give us a workaround!
