AOLs AI and security system is age discriminatory to elderly people
As I have only one phone and it is a flip fone, I am unable to update my credit card info because your AI system requires ne to retieve a text, With a flip fone, I cannot go on HOLD, in order to retrieve the code number--as I have to hang up in order to speak to your techs. I also tried to update my card on line--and the AI system would not allow me to do that either (I think because my card was not current. I need to walk 2 bocks to my nearest neighbor, to ask them to walk back to my home with me to use their fone. Thus far I would have walked 2 bolcks..and when my neighbor returns home, they would also have walked 2 more bolcks. I am 77 years old with a bad knee and hip,
YOU NEED TO CHANE YOUR VERIFICATION SYSTEM FOR PEOPLE WITH FLIP FONES. You could easily have your staff return the call to my number -- that would satisfy the verification, but your staff are not allowed to do that
