can not delete emails in a batch only a few at a time. Tried different browsers with same reuslts.
same as above. Have spent over 2 hours discussing this issue with AOL Customer Support with no resolution.

To spend over two and half hours, over 2 days, on this same issue with no resolution is terrible customer service. The ticket number is 34595177. I am told this matter is with the escalation team, but I have to wait another 24 hours and then I have to call back. It would seem the escalation team would call me to provide a status update.
