Impossibility of direct contact with AOL via email
There seems to be no way to communicate directly with AOL account administrators -- this, in a service I for one have had now for many years. So here it is: I am absolutely fed up with your support of the current president, in that each time I bring up my home page there some trifling news is, first headline up, plus a separate sidecar about "his presidency" -- fed up to the point of cancelling my account. Yet I can find no direct way to communicate with you on this matter. This is poor service.

Filter your news, editorial and financial sites better
If a page on your site says your ad block needs to be disabled in order to work, it should work after doing so. It should not be a back door into a computer. This is only one reason why AOL is known as the most unsafe Browsers on the internet.

Front page coverage
Ever since Trump entered the scene, your top story, about 90% of the time, is about Trump, good or bad. Stop giving him so much air time and start with other news. You MAKE him the top news even when the story is minor. I have been and AOL subscriber since 1995 and no other politicians have been covered or featured so much. I'm sick of it.

So when is it that all the coastal cities are under water. A special on ABC predicted that by 2015 that would happen. And now the hot weather in France has what significance? If we spent the trillions and trillions of dollars on what YOU want us to, YOUR scientists admit that it "might" lower the average temp only a fraction of a degree by the next century. And who would even remember what happened except the idiots that profited from alllllll that expenditure.

LESS HONEST TO PAWS
I love animal story's but you show Honest to Paws and all I get is a page full of ads. In fact it's so bad, I can't get passed the first page. It keeps up loading ads and the article never really appears.

when you used to check your emails you could click on the FROM button and it loaded them all alphabetically. It no longer is available.
I am 66 years old and have stuck with AOL because it was so easy for me to navigate. I do not check my emails on a regular basis, so when I do I loved that feature. It put them all together alphabetically and made it easy for people like me. Now you have to search for one by name and then they come up. Everything these days is made easy for the computer generation. No one cares that it makes it harder for the older ones. Maybe I just need to see if anyone else offers the easy way…
