when you used to check your emails you could click on the FROM button and it loaded them all alphabetically. It no longer is available.
I am 66 years old and have stuck with AOL because it was so easy for me to navigate. I do not check my emails on a regular basis, so when I do I loved that feature. It put them all together alphabetically and made it easy for people like me. Now you have to search for one by name and then they come up. Everything these days is made easy for the computer generation. No one cares that it makes it harder for the older ones. Maybe I just need to see if anyone else offers the easy way still for us. that was why I loved AOL. When we planned a golf vacation one time and they asked for my email I was told they didn't think that even existed anymore. He wanted me to know that was antiquated. He was very nasty about it. I told him it still was out there and it worked just fine for me without any problems, which was more that I could say for him. I told him your don't insult people who are calling to book a vacation. He didn't belong dealing with the public and hung up. I am proud of AOL cause you have always kept your upgrades simple. But I sure do miss the easy days that I could understand.

NEED the ability to sort mail. NEED both ability to sort mail by DATE and FROM.
Currently under the new sorting makes AOL very not user friendly.
We need both options not one or the other. BOTH, I hate the way it is now. -

IMPROVE THE SORT FUNCTION. I ACTUALLY PAY FOR THIS AOL AND THE SORT FUNCTION IN EMAIL DOESN'T WORK HALF THE TIME. VERY FRUSTRATING. JUST GET AN ERROR MESSAGE

return the capability to sort emails by read and unread. when in a hurry, i often read the ones I am waiting for and leave the others for later to read later. the latest update removed that option.

Now I have over 4,000 and am only able to delete after going down all instead of all being listed alphabetically.

Why did you take alphabetizing out. It was so much easier to get rid of unwanted email and find certain emails

order alphabetically so you could view the emails from customers. for instance if I wanted all Mary's emails they would all be in order. This does not work anymore. Please advise.

I would like AOL to re-institute the ability to sort email on the FROM/DATE/SUBJECT fields. This was a great asset that I used constantly. I
