I believe that this hurricane is being controlled by the president. You should quote from this article : GOOGLE; SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN HURRICANES OCTOBER 2004. THE article describes three different methods but not the using a nuclear weapon which the president mentioned. HE DID PREDICT THAT THE STORM WOULD MAKE A RIGHT TURN.....

Rep. Elijah Cummings 'laid to rest in the Capitol' is poor editing. He was not buried there as "laid to rest" implies. He was placed there to lie in state.
