I believe that this hurricane is being controlled by the president. You should quote from this article : GOOGLE; SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN HURRICANES OCTOBER 2004. THE article describes three different methods but not the using a nuclear weapon which the president mentioned. HE DID PREDICT THAT THE STORM WOULD MAKE A RIGHT TURN.....

    Controlling hurricanes go back many years google: project stormfury ...why the government does not admit it because of politics ...Fidael Castro said we have WEAPONIZED HURRICANES after several hit is island... During the Vietnam War we used the same technology to create storms and flooding under Project Popeye...we were accuse of war crimes..in the UN so we promised not to use this technology again but we lied....
