11. Seems like the more AOL "Claims" to Improve the worse it gets.

    I have to go to AOL.com using Google, Firefox or IE because when I try to use AOL Gold desktop it takes forever to do anything on there because it is so slow and locks up. Even AOL.com is slow. The reason it does that is because of all the advertisements and graphics AOL has decided to be cute with. Since I pay for AOL I should not have to put up with all the advertisements. You are making enough money off of me with a second rate internet provider like AOL. The only thing that makes you worth anything is the fact that you have a good email system. It is very user friendly. The more you people say you are improving AOL the worse it seems to come out. You claim that my feedback means something is garbage. The only thing you do about it is send out a computer generated response and leave it at that. I have heard several complaints and have read the feedback from other AOL members and also have noticed you have not done anything for them either. I know you are going to laugh at this and do nothing but I feel better that I wrote you.

13. Your post/chat service is very deficient. It cannot handle the load of comments; sometimes masses of posts disappear/don't load completely.

    UPGRADE YOUR SERVER to handle the many comments posted, relating to news stories read above. It is very difficult to work with, as it "locks up," leaving us stalled and unable to type. Large portions of posts disappear (even when we are in the middle of responding.) I stay away from the comment section for a while out of frustration; however, when I return to see if there have been any improvements, I learn that AOL still has the same rinky-**** system. Your unpredictable service is not going to keep customers, and will eventually affect your advertising revenues.

    AOL downright censors comments no matter how nice it is. Since AOL refuses to fix it.......perhaps we need to report AOL & put them out of business. AOL has extremely poor customer service.     USA has no REAL heroes, Painful: General McMaster, General Kelly, General Mattis humiliated by a thug
    By definition, a hero is a man or a woman of distinguished courage or ability, admired for brave deeds and noble qualities. There was a time when every town in this nation had a statue to a hero that diverted downtown traffic into a circle. The subject was usually on horseback or carrying a gun.
    Barely a day goes by that someone does not lament, "Where have all the heroes gone?" Rising above the landscape in their places are modern sculptures that look like diseased spleens, bunches of rocks placed in some asymmetric formation that defies reason, and fountains . . . lots of fountains with water cascading over stone slabs. Are all of our sports figures selling autographs, our entrepreneurs selling junk bonds, our statesmen selling U.S. arms to Iran? Is there no one left to tower above mortals as a symbol of integrity and decency that time will not tarnish or Kitty Kelley will not chip away at until there is nothing left but an empty pedestal?
    I don't think the real question is where have all the heroes gone, but why. For the answer, society has to look within itself.
    We have become a society that cuts corners without guilt, and we are passing it on to our children. We are amused when TV Guide puts Oprah's head on Ann-Margret's body, when an author submits quotes of praise for his book from top authors who never wrote them. We aren't even outraged when a manuscript is submitted to television and a major star steals it. "Everybody else does it or gets away with it" is the dumping ground for every dishonest action of our lives.
    We're an interesting nation. We mourn the loss of rain forests, clean water and beaches, animals becoming extinct, and a simple way of life. Yet not one tear has been shed for a landscape barren of statues and monuments to men and women of distinguished courage or ability, admired for brave deeds and noble qualities.
