Seems like the more AOL "Claims" to Improve the worse it gets.
I have to go to AOL.com using Google, Firefox or IE because when I try to use AOL Gold desktop it takes forever to do anything on there because it is so slow and locks up. Even AOL.com is slow. The reason it does that is because of all the advertisements and graphics AOL has decided to be cute with. Since I pay for AOL I should not have to put up with all the advertisements. You are making enough money off of me with a second rate internet provider like AOL. The only thing that makes you worth anything is the fact that you have a good email system. It is very user friendly. The more you people say you are improving AOL the worse it seems to come out. You claim that my feedback means something is garbage. The only thing you do about it is send out a computer generated response and leave it at that. I have heard several complaints and have read the feedback from other AOL members and also have noticed you have not done anything for them either. I know you are going to laugh at this and do nothing but I feel better that I wrote you.
