As a minor stockholder of Verizon shares, I wish you great success in your efforts to streamline the operations of AOL and Yahoo.
But there is one action which is to be implemented which I and likely others believe will have a negative impact on the customer community. Specifically this is the decision to remove the SigFig Portfolio Tracker from the AOL financial applications and transfer the accounts to the Yahoo Financial program.

You published the disgusting story about the woman (obese) who sat on and suffocated her boyfriend. THEN--you allow disgusting comment after disgusting comment of people trying to be funny and joke about it. A human being suffered and DIED----you should remove the comments (and perhaps the "story"). Seriously AOL--how could you allow that? And it also wouldn't hurt if you stop having trite, sleazy, non-newsworthy, click-bait "stories".

Having an attitude of love and acceptance particularly for Meghan nee Markle would be helpful. As you know all families have good and bad discussions about each other. pleas add an option to DELETE ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY
Their support team doesn't have the tools or access to any information and are essentially useless to the aol team. my email was hacked 3 months ago and I tried to delete the whole account 4 times. No one on the other end had access to delete it IMMEDIATELY and I have had to wait over 3 months to try to get the information deleted. it's still not deleted because of this "terms and conditions". The team had no clue what to do. meanwhile, I'm sitting around just watching the hacker continuously access my credit card, alternate email and phone…
