pleas add an option to DELETE ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY
Their support team doesn't have the tools or access to any information and are essentially useless to the aol team. my email was hacked 3 months ago and I tried to delete the whole account 4 times. No one on the other end had access to delete it IMMEDIATELY and I have had to wait over 3 months to try to get the information deleted. it's still not deleted because of this "terms and conditions". The team had no clue what to do. meanwhile, I'm sitting around just watching the hacker continuously access my credit card, alternate email and phone number to access my other accounts. This service is awful and leaked my information. They really need to update it so that I can either have the help service delete my account immediately or they need to give me access to do it.
Also, their only response is to contact their service team, but like I said, they have no access to anything. aol might as well be a black market selling credit card information
