"AOL Help" is not helpful becuase it cannot find answers based on specific word searches. For example, when I ask, "Why does my mailbox revert to 'AOL Today' when I close Send though I set aol to always open on Mailbox," Help displays general information on setting up Mailbox.

As a 20 year member of AOL, I have witnessed the degeneration of the concept of "fair & balanced" AOL News blog posts. It's now all generated by the ultra-liberal, leftist genre. It's unfair. I have begged for reinstatement of my former standing here on AOL. There is no reason to blackball my opinions and ideas. Those of the Democrats, liberals, socialists, and mega-leftists are flourishing while conservatives are being cancelled.
