How is it that COVID is affecting email support? Can't your employees work remotely like other technology companies?
Join the 21st century. Provide something remotely resembling average support for your customers. Provide a way for your support team to provide email support. How is it you can still do phone support (for paying members) during COVID but you can't provide email support?! Please transfer verizon emails to another company that actually cares about providing support.
