Don't disconnect tech support customers.
Gee, long wait,initial tech couldn't help, let me forward you to an advanced tech, click! Trying to call back, more disconnected calls. Verizon gets enough of my money; and AOL ditching customers is unacceptable. So I guess it's bleep me, I'm on my own? What good is a case reference number when you keep disconnecting me?
