Updating billing is ridiculously cumbersome.

    it appears that AOL billing hasn't yet figured out how to allow someone to pay the bill interactively. and I can't figure out how to get to Billing support via the AOL Help system.

    I updated my billing method and all I get back is unable to process payment. There isn't any method to actual submit dynamic payment update. Definitely needs improvement.
