HELP should be free or else it forces us to go to gmail when we would like to stay with AOL.
I need help to unfreeze receipt of emails after I was hacked. But I can't get help without signing up for free trial and giving cc information, which means I have to switch to gmail after 30 years of using aol, which I would prefer not to do. You need free AOL help.
