AOL Help is useless and a waste of time
Why doesn't AOL be honest about providing help. From the get-go, admit that you don't want to answer help inquiries. Being forthright about such matters would save a lot of time and effort. I'd appreciate honesty, in fact much more the dancing that AOL currently uses. You might even start a trend! If you don't want to help (or can't!), say so.
