How about one of your "help" desk people being able to get me into my AOL account! I've called two days in a row and have gotten no help!
Bring your call center back to the U.S. for a start! Have supervisors available to speak to customers when the regular agent can do not a **** thing to help you. AOL is holding my account *******! Are you trying to go out of business????

Your "HELP" desk is not helpful. Do you just pay people to apologize for the **** service?
