Lost e-mail, now being told that in order to have technical support to retrieve e-mail I have to pay.Sounds like extortion, contacting FCC!!
Lost at least 3 weeks worth of e-mail, now being told that in order to have technical support to fix the problem that AOL created that I have to get a premium account. This sounds like extortion! Holding my e-mails *******. I am contacting the FCC.
