Commenting Ban Question
Why have I been banned from commenting on the AOL articles without so much as a notification? My last post was 15 days ago. I have been an AOL member for years. I see multiple people have this same problem. If you're using OpenWeb to control access. That may explain the reason.

My comment account has also been rejected for NO GOOD REASON & I have not misused any of the guidelines listed. No profanity, threats, lies, vulgar languish OR starting a fight on purpose. This is not how to treat a 20 plus year PAYING customer. All comments , Even praise, Is now rejected without a warning, A reason,a notice, & any appeals I have made go unanswered by AOL. I guess your not interested in my business anymore. I'll find another server.

6/1/24 Same for me, AOL member for over 25 years. Everything was fine until 24 hours ago. Now, every comment on AOL news stories gets rejected after one minute by OpenWeb's software. No response from moderators. I think it is an AOL profile/login problem as my profile cannot be updated and is grayed out.. I think my profile got corrupted and nobody at AOL help can figure it out.
