Comments are not showing in my AOL News feed, and for months I have not been able to post comments to news articles. Not sure why as I have never used foul language, slurs, violence, nothing. My comments have always been courteous and on topic, respectful and polite. Not sure why I can't comment??? And nowhere to go to ask a live human being that works for the AOL website. Lastly, I am a long time custom, 30+ years, and would NEVER recommend them to friends or family due to this issue.

Yes- I can’t comment on Articles and I have no warnings and I have contacted your Help team as well as logged out and back in? I get the same roadblock each time:

Allow me to comment on articles. ALL my comments are rejected and my appeals are denied with one second of submission, so obviously this is a software problem. There is no human intervention by AOL.
