   Allow me to comment on articles. ALL my comments are rejected and my appeals are denied with one second of submission, so obviously this is a software problem. There is no human intervention by AOL.

   For over a month ALL my comments and appeals have been rejected. I'm paying over $30 a month for AOL and deserve service to correct this problem. I have made this request several times now. AOL doesn't seem to care.

   ALL my comments, replies to comments, and appeals are rejected regardless of the contents. Appeals are rejected INSTANTLY before anyone could even read it. My guess is that AOL is trying to implement Artificial Intelligence and it's not working!
