KNOW SENIORS HAVE MEMORY ISSUES
If your paid member has been a member for a very long time when security was different and two step was not available and they grew old with you. Your members should be able to work with seniors that forget what pet they had or security questions from 35 years ago. I verified who I was and because I moved from when I first signed up with AOL in the 90s they can not verify me by the humiliating biometrics scan, because my old address doesn't match. Your help site is a joke - this was originally created because seniors needs were different and his mom couldn't use other browsers now AOL has dumped it's actual help of seniors. I did all I can to verify I had 6 email address, 2 are my 80 yr old mom's and I have 5 one for the first time in 30 yrs is requiring a pets name that is long dead and I can't remember. yet a pass key on my main page isn't good enough. My ID wasn't good enough, customer service isn't good enough. My trying to convey my information was met with let me explain it to you all again. Your interrupting me but they didn't hear me. You separated each accounts hide our passwords and changed but for Seniors auto was too easy to noticed you complicated things. To Actually help accounts still need to be linked at least when it comes to verification, you don't have problems verifying me when I pay for service there needs to be another way to verify OLD Accounts. I want my one email back. I want someone who is interested in actually helping me that CAN actually help.
