Why can't I find Billing info anymore? I should be able to access my account billing without calling support for help!

After trying to enroll online it wouldn’t take my info and of course your help phone line is disgracefully useless. How you can do all those things promised in the plan and be so inept with the online enrollment is baffling

I have been paying a subscription for years. I pay $13.99 each for me and my wife's account or a total of $27.98 per month and $4.99 per month for mechanic that I never use because I cannot understand the mechanics' poor English. So we are paying $396 per year....I am tired of your bombarding me with advertising every time I turn around. In addition, you always impose advertising and too much activity going on while trying to read my email. I also and sick and tired of your slanted news stories...your political views are to the left, you support the Democrats, and negative and sensational stories about our President.....nothing positive. Your subtle editorial comments in all your news stories on politics are disgusting...you need to change or I am planning on dropping my subscriptions and changing email. You know a lot of your subscription customers, I am sure, are like me...a senior citizen since we've had you for such a long time and don't want to go through the hassle of changing. Please allow me to pick and choose my account options so I don't need to pay for all your ads.

My Wallet lets me enter a new debit card but it gives me an error message when I try to delete the old method and assign payment to the new card. The message says the problem is on your end and I should try later, and it's never working.

You can stop shutting down my computer with this ******** Care Portal Billing for $11.39 on my American Express Account. I cancelled that add-on 5 years ago! And you have NOT been billing my American Express Card for the last 5 years, because I haven't HAD that account for 5 years! So, here's the thing, REMOVE that ******** or I will cancel my AOL account immediately!!!!!!!!!!
I am not going through another series of phone calls with your operators who cannot speak English clearly, then get put on hold for 10 minutes just to get cut-off! F that ****. Get this changed NOW!

MyAOLACCOUNT experience was a disaster. You have too many instructions but none are worth trying. I tried to change my payment method and it was actually a disaster. One is supposed to get a CODE. well FOLLOWING THE CODE NOTHING HAPPENS. One writes the code in the space and it doesn't read continue, nothing. It takes you nowhere. I remember not having these issues before. Now you can't even delete a user name because they ask you to sign with a user name that you used 7 years earlier, so one doesn't remember the password. Isn't it crazy that your page is so badly designed.

Provide a way to access account information so we can update payment info. My account might close soon because my credit card has been changed and I cannot inform you. Frustrating. Ill spend another 15 minutes then I will give up.

the very first time I ran your "System Mechanic" my machine start acting up then crashed.
