Show me my account so I can cancel some of what you are billing me for!
Disapointment in the fact that aol.com will not allow me to cancel any of the so called benefits.
Canceling your paid plan and changing to the free AOL plan gives you continued access to your AOL email and allows you to sign in to other AOL websites.
Visit MyAccount.aol.com.
Click My Services.
Click Subscriptions.
Click Manage next to the plan you’d like to cancel.
If prompted, verify your account.
Click Cancel.
At the bottom of the page, click Cancel My Billing.
Select a reason for canceling from the drop-down menu.
Click Cancel My Billing.
Things to know when you change your AOL account to the free AOL plan:
If you cancel your billing and change to the free AOL plan in the middle of your billing cycle, you’ll continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
If you have any active premium subscriptions, those will continue to be billed separately.
AOL reserves the right to charge and collect any fees, surcharges or costs incurred before your cancellation takes effect.

Since about 3 weeks, accessing AOL mail is almost impossible by using different browsers.

You could be more clear on the cost of this or you could state that it is included in my current AOL subscription.

Dear Sir/Madam:
I have an email address for a long time - ***. I have other email addresses too. I always liked to pay AOL for the service, you must have expenses. I think a monthly payment of only $10 is fair. But AOL sales-person always tried to sell more services to me, each person always claimed his or her offer was better than what I was paying and offered to switch the service. Then what happened was not a change of service, but an addition of new service. So I ended up paying $29 per month. I am a person lived on fixed income, I can not afford to pay $29 per month for something I can get for free elsewhere. But to show that I am not a freeloader, I am still willing to pay a monthly fee but not $29 per month. Please let me know how can I choose a service and pay the monthly fee.

Those who have been paying a monthly fee for over 20 years should not be required to pay an additional fee for help! Being charged 39.99 per month and AOL wants to charge another 4.99 for help? You have got to be kidding?!?111

I want to cancel my monthly paid aol support service. I want to go back to the free account. This is my valid email address, ***. Now cancel my paid tech support service and return me to aol free. If I am billed in November I will place a law suit and public post on social media.

You need to provide a live help line. I was being charged more than I signed up for...or what did I sign up for...your very confusing. I guess it's a better way for you to grab extra fees from people without them knowing about it. When I finally found a way to get hold of a real person, he was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. He was extremely rude. I was being charged more money than I agreed to and he was nasty and I still don't think I got what I was after...reduced fees. Its sad I'm used to AOL and not so fond of gmail, although I'm going to try to be more comfortable with it so I can leave AOL for good! Sad.

I DO NOT WANT THE SUBSCRIPTION FOR ASSIST BY AOL.
I WAS BROWSING THROUGH AOL, BECAUSE EVERYTIME I SIGN ON AOL, IT KEEPS ASKING ME FOR USERNAME AND PASSWORD.
NEXT THE SUBSCRITION PAGE COME AND SIGNED ME UP FOR $12.99 A MONTH FOR 12 MONTHS. PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE MY ACCOUNT OR CREDIT CARD
I FEEL THAT I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY STATING 10 MONTHS AT @12.99 PER MONTH. I ALREADY HAVE TECH SUPPORT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AND I DO NOT WANT AOL TECH SUPPORT. -

Stop charging for help with things that you're suppose to do for free. I couldn't find any help about my password unless i was a paying member. I keep getting locked out of things that I have used the same password for 10 years or more. I have to change the password everytime I log in. My husband and I are ready to use someone else. AOL has gotten ridiculous and so politiclly biased and any mention of Trump is taken off. Again, time to change. I don't want a robot to answer this question. I'd like to hear from a real person, Is that too much to ask, or do I need to pay for that too?

When i try to activate benefits, I get a message that I have reached the maximum. How is that possible if I have never activated the benefit. Is this some kind of hoax?

I just signed up for AOL help and gave you a credit card # to charge after the 30 day trial period, and then clicked on the blue Chat tab, sent a problem and NOTHING HAPPENED. I do not want more non-functional services: I have McAfee. I have been with you since Steve Case sent me a CD. Do better!
