Show me my account so I can cancel some of what you are billing me for!
Disapointment in the fact that aol.com will not allow me to cancel any of the so called benefits.
Canceling your paid plan and changing to the free AOL plan gives you continued access to your AOL email and allows you to sign in to other AOL websites.
Visit MyAccount.aol.com.
Click My Services.
Click Subscriptions.
Click Manage next to the plan you’d like to cancel.
If prompted, verify your account.
Click Cancel.
At the bottom of the page, click Cancel My Billing.
Select a reason for canceling from the drop-down menu.
Click Cancel My Billing.
Things to know when you change your AOL account to the free AOL plan:
If you cancel your billing and change to the free AOL plan in the middle of your billing cycle, you’ll continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
If you have any active premium subscriptions, those will continue to be billed separately.
AOL reserves the right to charge and collect any fees, surcharges or costs incurred before your cancellation takes effect.

Agreed that this is bogus! I have been trying to cancel my live support plan for over a year! Your site is useless to navigate and your lines have too long of a wait period to request same. Live support has never been used by me except for 1 time when the AOL servers were down. The so-called benefits are useless to me as I've many of these duplicated by other subscriptions with other entities that are available 24/7, unlike your offshore bots that are of no help at all (basic scripted garbage). I need and want these funds refunded and the monthly $3.99 billing to STOP! Being a disabled senior I definitely don't need to have funds taken from my account for something I neither need or want! I was tricked into signing on for this when the issue was NOT on my end, but on AOL's end when their servers were down. IMHO you are taking advantage of people in this manner with lies and promises. I don't need this, especially since I have over 40 years of IT/support/programming under my belt and definitely have more knowledge than your 'live' tech people (when one can actually have contact with one). Have written, phoned, etc. to no avail. Please get this corrected.

Why do you give us numbers to call and have us talk for 9 minutes only to find out your “closed”??? This is per ***, 5-14-2020 at 10:22AM.. EVERYONE in America is using the same explanation... "The virus." We are exposed to it too, but still have to pay your departments even when they are closed. Please cancel my "System Mechanic".. Forth request.
