Show me my account so I can cancel some of what you are billing me for!

Disapointment in the fact that aol.com will not allow me to cancel any of the so called benefits.

Canceling your paid plan and changing to the free AOL plan gives you continued access to your AOL email and allows you to sign in to other AOL websites.

Visit MyAccount.aol.com.
Click My Services.
Click Subscriptions.
Click Manage next to the plan you’d like to cancel.
If prompted, verify your account.
Click Cancel.
At the bottom of the page, click Cancel My Billing.
Select a reason for canceling from the drop-down menu.
Click Cancel My Billing.
Things to know when you change your AOL account to the free AOL plan:

If you cancel your billing and change to the free AOL plan in the middle of your billing cycle, you’ll continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
If you have any active premium subscriptions, those will continue to be billed separately.
AOL reserves the right to charge and collect any fees, surcharges or costs incurred before your cancellation takes effect.

    AOL Tech Fortress keeps messing with the correct function of my computer. Please install a user friendly way to cancel.

    System Mechanic is a POS product. Made my system WORSE. no idea how to cancel. Looks like a common problem.

    Can’t cancel subscription, didn’t even now I had been charged for it since 2002! Can’t cancel, can’t anyone on email or phone.

    i was billed for services that should have been free. would like a refund on amount paid. 248.00. i have premieum and have for years.

    I keep getting a pop-up stating that I owe $3.99 for Search and Recovery. I DID NOT want or purchased this. I did not sign up for it. .Please remove this pop-up I am getting....Thanks,

    I want this Search and Recover to be deleted from my account. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR IT...and am getting a $3.99 bill for it...

    You should change the Customer Service Dept's title, Seems that your Company takes advantage of the coronavirus to eliminate the e-m. They are ail.
    Your request to uipdate the payment method makes no sense, I have been your loyal customer for over 19 years, I have paid all my invoices in a timely fashion that why I score over 800 with the credit bureaus. Update your collection practices. I made two payments on April 14 and 18. Still not cleared. Today is $-23/2020 My acc is in good standing. Take a look.

    I am trying to cancel system mechanic because it would not install. I with you had a link to better look at any charges to your account. Please cancel my subscription to System Mechanic today, as I can't use it, and just downloaded it. It appears to be malware. Please Cancel any payment for this product.

    Fix the site and your phone contact. I have tried to cancel my system mechanic and can not get through to anyone and my free trial is up.I do not want it and do not want to be billed for it. By phone or online.Phone just puts you on hold and online gives you the run around. I NEED HELP

    I'm trying to figure out how to stop paying the $30.00 a month that I've been paying for years and get the free AOL. Followed directions and still couldn't make it work. I would appreciate the help.

    I don’t have any ideas but I need AOL to respond to me ASAP...why am I paying AOL $29.99/mo for services I can get free somewhere else
