Show me my account so I can cancel some of what you are billing me for!
Disapointment in the fact that aol.com will not allow me to cancel any of the so called benefits.
Canceling your paid plan and changing to the free AOL plan gives you continued access to your AOL email and allows you to sign in to other AOL websites.
Visit MyAccount.aol.com.
Click My Services.
Click Subscriptions.
Click Manage next to the plan you’d like to cancel.
If prompted, verify your account.
Click Cancel.
At the bottom of the page, click Cancel My Billing.
Select a reason for canceling from the drop-down menu.
Click Cancel My Billing.
Things to know when you change your AOL account to the free AOL plan:
If you cancel your billing and change to the free AOL plan in the middle of your billing cycle, you’ll continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
If you have any active premium subscriptions, those will continue to be billed separately.
AOL reserves the right to charge and collect any fees, surcharges or costs incurred before your cancellation takes effect.

After not using my WW for over a year, been to sick but still continue to pay thinking I will get back to it, I am unable to continue to pay WW each month. You have taken enough of my money and I don't feel like you need a $37 cancellation fee.

Firstly, as a free AOL customer for many years, I was having a problem with my mail and felt coerced into having to subscribe before I could get a fix on my email account. Then, after a negotiated price for the service, I was told that I could cancel. Well, I called a day late to cancel and to get a refund since I had been billed the day before. After too many verifications and case numbers, with no help, I was told to call back and got a very rude man who told me that I didn't have an account with AOL. I finally got another man who gave me another round of verifications, and another case number. I finally, went back online and was able to cancel the subscription. Now, I have a "notice" telling me that my cancelation is "Pending" . I want my refund even if it is pro-rated and I am charged for a day. Some of the agents were very hard to understand and then to get no resolution...I am disappointed and angry about the treatment received.

I have talked to your customer service reps twice about this. I have cancelled an AOL Search and Recover subscription that I never signed up for. Still getting bills, please look into this.

Need to make it easier to cancel things. Even your myaccount@aol.com is not up to date on how to cancel technical support.
