We’d love to offer free phone support to everyone, however, free phone support is an expensive service to maintain for a free service. Most free email providers do not have any option for phone support.
We care about our users, and wanted to be able to have phone support for those who want the live agent experience, and have worked hard to put together a plan that has value for everyone in order to achieve that.

not an idea, a concept that your product works and i should get help if i pay for monthly subscription. if it were free then i would understand paying for help!!!!!!!

Provide technical help without charging a fee. I'm paying for AOL, where many others have FREE email. Need help, but can't afford to pay even more for it. May be switching to yahoo, thank you.
