You should be able to download the DataMask software from https://get.aol.com/datamask on a PC or the mobile version from https://get.aol.com/datamask#dm-mobile

System Requirements:
For PC users: Available on Windows 7 or later. At least 256MB RAM. A 233Mhz Processor or higher. Internet Explorer 6+ or Firefox 3+
iPhone/iPad devices must be running iOS 7 or higher. Android devices must be running Android 4.0 or higher

    Is AOL member benefit Data Mask compatible with Internet Explorer 11?
    My data entries are being encrypted in my fields on my desktop not just in the Data Mask field, Technical support can enter on my data fields on my desktop, but I can't?
    Level 2 technical assist says they re not compatible. Since when?
