You shouldn't be charging $4.99 for a subscription just to reset a password when the online password reset doesn't work.
I was charged $4.99 for a subscription to Account Pro to retrieve a lost password. The online reset tool didn't work so I was compelled to make the call to get it reset. That in itself left a bad taste in my mouth but now I can't even find out how to cancel the subscription before it renews and I get charged for another month. Very hard to understand the Tech Support person which made the experience even more frustrating.

Whenever I try to cancel, I am bounced around from screen to screen being told that I have to verify my account before I can cancel. And I am not allowed to cancel before the free trial is over. I think this is illegal.
