How do you reinstall the software without paying for support?
I have an idea. I bet no one has ever heard of such an idea. Lets put a button on AOL.com: "Click here for instructions to reinstall AOL Gold"... oh wait. If you do that you can't charge for getting the simple instructions Riiiiigggght?

Just the software, no adds, no suggestions, no sales just a button to download Gold to a compuer. I have tried for 8 hours. I waited 1.5 hours to talk to a tech. He told me how I did that , it didnt work. Left me hanging at a screen that was trying to get me to activate services I dont want. Thank God I have T Mobile for my Cell instead of Verison. Have a real person ove 50 write your instructions...not a geek.
