Being honest
Several days ago one of your reps convinced me to add 'MyPrivacy' to my account with the first 30 days free trial then $9.99 per month after that because it would stop most of the 'spam' mail. I got 66 spam this morning, so I went to 'MyPrivacy' to check it out and it said my plan isn't eligible! IF I AM on a 30 day free trial please CANCEL IT as it apparently doesn't exist for ME. Thank you.

For questions about subscription cancellation or charges you would need to call 1-800-827-6364 to speak to a live agent. For other disputes I would suggest contacting your financial institution or the card company directly.
