absolutely true. I've been trying for 3 days to get through to AOL tech service, which I pay for each month, or anyone at AOL to help but have been put on hold for hours. It's terrible service.

How come all of a sudden I cannot "respond" to Emails I receive.
I have to start all over again typing in the sender's address and send a new Email ??? -
