Go to My Account (myaccount.aol.com) and sign on with your primary ScreenName. Then mouse over My Services > Subscriptions. This will give a list of any products you're subscribed to. Pick the product you want to cancel, and click its 'Manage' button. The option to cancel is there.

The cancel "process" seems to be designed to make people give up on cancelling!
