Kansas voters to decide abortion rights in 1st test since Roe v. Wade repeal Read Article
The Supreme Court decision on a different case should not have an effect on a 50 year precedent. The people should be voting that If that needed to be changed. The legality of abortion at this point isn't up to the legislature at this point.
That action was autocratic (communistic) Dictator like. Biden should have stopped the change.

The legality of and restrictions imposed on abortions is the issue. SCOTUS ruled abortion is NOT a Constitutional right, which makes it a states issue to be decided by State Legislators and those who elected them. The fact we did something wrong for 50 years at the cost of 60 million aborted humans does not make it right. Dems hate when power is returned to the people via state legislators.

You missed it.
It's up to the people not the courts at this point. It needs to be on a ballot. A legal precedent has been set. You can't change 50 years of legal acceptance at the stroke of a pen in a Democratic government.
Don't lose focus of who we are or we will lose what we are.

Why?

An order to delay changes for investigation based on the level of legal ramifications in other areas. That would be as acceptable as that change on the stroke of a pen.
An autocratic government makes changes like that without the people being involved.
Thanks for the feedback.
