replace robots
played cribbage and as no surprise nearly every hand the robot played had a 5 in, every hand it did not have one was a run, the only time it never had any points was when it was its own box and that was only because it had no choice on the out come, you ask for feed back but never reply except for an automated reply, is it because what is being written is right and you have no answer, I know the games are free because of sponsors but even sponsors know when to abandon ship..

In all the games I have played on here with robots, I have repeatedly told you they cheat, eg, rummy start a game third hand robot goes out, ok lucky, another deal, third hand out again, fourth hand out, I have never been dealt a hand where I can go out within five hands yet you seem to think this is normal, all I get back is the usual repeated note, you have never looked at it, some one just pushes a button, ok ell send this, this will shut him up, maybe you should look at it first, I do security for a living, its a good job I don't so the same..

yes me again but you never answer or fix things, why when playing gin rummy does the robot go down so many times and I cannot, how come they get out straight away but I have yet to. You words game is the same never have I ever had so many vowels all 1's, yet never seem to get any consonants till the very end, you said once that they do not cheat but cannot explain how come this happens, I have heard other players saying the same thing, perhaps I should start a petition up, maybe then you might decide to do some thing.

same old thing new idea, again playing robots, they cheat, you do nothing, we tell you, you do nothing, what's the point of having this here if you take no notice of what's going on, you want feed back but take no action, you ask for feed back but take no notice, it seems a pointless idea having this here, even when you do reply its push a button to send out the same old message, that's probably done by a robot too BUT still you take no notice of what's being said and one day we will not be here.

every frigging game I have played on AOL against the robots is rigged, you do not have a very good chance of winning, yet each time I pit it here you take no notice, before I had the usual **** reply, now you cannot even be bothered to send that.

in all the years I have played AOL games, not once have I been able to go straight out on gin rummy, yet today alone in six games the robot went out 4 times straight with cards dealt, how do you explain that, I have lost count how many times robots mange to go straight down, so how do you explain it, its not luck of the draw..

get rid of aol games, no point playing one sided, your not listening to any thing that's said to you, any time a reply is given its always the same standard reply, I suppose because you don't make any money from it, its not worth doing any thing about..

all the games you play against robots you lose, I might as well play myself, how can you ask how to improve your games when you do not listen to what is being said, time and time again I have said they cheat but do you listen, NO, have you bothered to reply, NO, are you really interested in what the public have to say, NO, bit of a waste of time having this here.

lets see the usual reply before you read it.

stop the ******** AND quit robots from cheating, yes stop the ********. I have constantly told you the robots cheat but you do nothing about it but sent ******** letters pre wrote about how the games are not, yet you have never tried to find out, within minutes of sending a message you send a reply, no way could you have read it first.

there are several of us who don't think it's right that the computer wins during bingo or other games. We should win. it's not fun when the computer gets it. Seems like it's rigged

Canasta needs to be reprogrammed. The Bot holds all the cards forever. Bot would rather put down 2 4s and a 2 instead of making a canasta. I wish I could strangle these Bots.

why am I not surprised, robots cheat, every card game you play against robots you lose, why, played dominoes, just words, rummy, to name a few and each one you play you lose, why robots cheat, sort your games out. Nobody likes a cheat, human or other wise..
-
PBROLLINSON commented
when are you going to sort out the robots, talk about one sided games, played just words, nothing but continents or the occasional vowel, all one numbered letters, play gin rummy, same thing, you never seem to get what you want, the robots know what's in your hands, so when you want a card they have it in its hands, its not just me that has the problems.

You should get many hundreds, not the pitiful few currently, playing at a time. Amend the point system to encourage and reward frequent play: any game plays for 5 points, win or lose; for 3 if "ratings" differ by more than 200 points. Or at least experiment by opening one room in which that is true. Your advertisers will reach multiples of current numbers; and we players will play more often and for longer periods of time.
