Remove Masque from Monitoring the chats. They use subjective enforcement, and often times, decide what a player said because of letters typed. Not every set of letters is an acronym, and not every acronym is an abbreviation for a vulgar or vile saying. What's worse is, they don't apply those actions uniformly, some players get punished and others do not, even if one is repeating what another has typed. Selective enforcement is illegal, just as refusing to serve in a public place is. Some people do not curse, they may say what the heck, or what the hey, which can be abbreviated WTH. If you've complained to masque and are on their radar, or another players has a dirty mind and "reports" them to masque, masque will say they didn't mean what the heck, they meant what the ****, and will punish the player by muting them for a week for violating TOS with vile, vulgar and/or profane language. They do not allow debate. The solution to no liking a line of debate that is going on is to not participate in it and move to another room that you find interesting, not shutting down a debate. Come on AOL/Yahoo/Oath, you can do better than this, you're not getting good service for your money, and you're losing customers.
