  1. Photos

    When attempting to open photos as an attachment, I can't open or download them. I get an error message. Is it bc I'm working off a Kindle?
    I just realized any PDF file does not work. My power supplier sends my bill as a PDF file. I can't open it. Now what? Most of my bills are e-bills. I don't get paper copies. This is so frustrating! Now I have to contact all my creditors, change back to paper snail mail and hope I don't incur late fees before it goes through. Any advice or ideas?

  2. Opening attached photos

    In the old format, I could just open an attached picture without it going into downloads. It was much quicker. Now I also have to take the extra step of deleting pics in download that I only wanted to view the one time in the email.
