Photos
When attempting to open photos as an attachment, I can't open or download them. I get an error message. Is it bc I'm working off a Kindle?
I just realized any PDF file does not work. My power supplier sends my bill as a PDF file. I can't open it. Now what? Most of my bills are e-bills. I don't get paper copies. This is so frustrating! Now I have to contact all my creditors, change back to paper snail mail and hope I don't incur late fees before it goes through. Any advice or ideas?

I have had the same issue for almost a year, except on an Android phone through Chrome. Images, documents, PDF's, etc won't even attempt to download- about:blank. Have to go open these items from a laptop; very frustrating. Did a web search and it seems to be a common issue with AOL only.
