Again, I agree with the legions of frustrated AOL longtime users for all the reasons they’ve listed re: this latest horrible version. Additionally, in setting you can’t set an automatic email to yourself so you know the email “sent”. And I go to ‘sent’ mail it it’s not there either. And when you copy then paste it into an email, you don’t see it as you could in the previous version so you know you pasted the correct “copied’ item. Only a paper clip icon shows (that is not helpful , I don’t know the attachment is what I truly…

Hate hate hate new email
I give me back the old version I didn’t want the new Verizon. Gmail here I come. This is just a new way for AOL to make money with advertisements. It sucks.

Move the Undelete mail option
The Undelete Mail message and function that appear for few seconds should not be in the reading area of the new message as it is distracting and not in context. Move it on the lower reading option bar for a few seconds. Thanks.

Let us choose how email is sorted, by sender, alphabetically, by date, descending, ascending, etc., so we can delete it or do whatever more easily. Thx.

New terms and conditions
You ask me to accept new terms and conditions with “start here”....I press the link and it asks me to sign in with my password which I do. I then press “next” and it just takes me back to aol.mail.
How on earth am I supposed to accept your new terms and conditions with this stupid system? WT -

New format is terrible,ads are a pain,not at all user friendly,thinking about switching to something else.

You guys are not listening to anyone’s comments. So why ask? The new format is horrible, no commands even show up most of the time
The commands don’t even work most of the time, and hate the Gmail format. We chose aol because we liked your unique format. Please let us know how to switch back if we can

Go back to format of 10/6/22
The email and left side lists of the format from 10/6/22 was easy to use. This surprise change 10/7/22 is horrible. I’ve been close to choosing another email other than aol, this has put me there. How is this primitive format better? It’s much slower to navigate. As another user wrote : stop trying to be cute. Is your IT trying to alienate your users? No one I know has stayed with aol, they all switched years ago. Please have the option to return to the previous format ASAP.
