How can we improve AOL Mail?

New terms and conditions

You ask me to accept new terms and conditions with “start here”....I press the link and it asks me to sign in with my password which I do. I then press “next” and it just takes me back to aol.mail.
How on earth am I supposed to accept your new terms and conditions with this stupid system? WT
