  2. Technical support

    Should not have to pay for service when you have a problem I have problem and it will cost me a monthly fee for support if I never have a problem I don't get it back I still have problem and they won't help me unless I pay every month

  3. I will never use TurboTax or ANY product that advertises in an email account. You badly need the ability to opt out or block them

  4. Delete button location

    You need to fix the location of the delete button. On a phone in the upright position, the button disappears. Only when I turn my phone horizontally, which I rarely do, will the option to delete mail reappears. That is very annoying.

  10. I am receiving someone else’s email

    I have been receiving someon else’s email from an iCloud account that is not me for a year when I contacted customer service I was told I had to pay for a premium account to get help with this problem.

  12. This format is a disaster. Important emails from Drs & portals for medical treatment not being received.Change it back to old format.

    Change back to old format. I'm not getting many of my new emails. Need for communication from medical portals regarding my treatment. This is a disaster.
