No longer working
So i take it that when you went to the new format that sucks by the way. That is when my email stopped working on my phone. I use my email for business and missed 3 days messages until i got it figured out how to access it through other not too convenient method. Guess now i need to replace the email address that i use to one that works normally without unrelated ads and on my phone.

Bring back "email forwarding"in "Settings."
It's ridiculous that I can't forward a collective group of emails to an external email account. I want to be able to forward a select few without having to open them and send individually. This feature used to exist, but now it doesn't ? You need to bring it back

I need to be able to switch back and forth from both of my AOL emails addresses. When I purchased this new phone in October it makes me sign into one sign out then sign back into the other and it takes way too long. Why can't I just switch back and forth like I always have for years? Help!

Aol app crashing condtantly
My aol app keeps crashing or won't load off my android phone. Its worked perfectly for years but since yesterday it's stopped performing.
Tried reinstalling, emptying the cache and all sorts. Might be time to move on -
Why has aol stopped working on my iPhone 11
All of a sudden today my aol mail box on my iPhone is returning an error message! Keeps telling me no password but when I look in my settings there is a saved password! What is going on?

Revert the email selection update
Since the mobile version of the site updated it has been trash to use. I cant delete multiple emails at a time anymore. I can only delete one at a time. I can select all the emails at once but not delete them! Its like you are trying to push the last 5 users you have away.

Lose the advertising in the middle of the email inbox
Lose the advertising in the middle of the inbox emails. Either put it at the top or the bottom. You should also give the option to go back to the old format if the customer would like to. This new format is not very user friendly. I find myself deleting emails by accident that I don’t mean to.

The new delete, reply... bar is t working properly. Half the time that I click on mail without opening to trash it only to find out that it.

Can't reply to emails!!!
I can't reply to my emails. The option is hidden under ads at the bottom of my email. Put that option to reply at the top of the email where it's available to use. Doesn't take a genius!! This is maddening to have to go to my laptop to reply to an email.

I want to create a custom email signature with an image an clickable links. There are no options to create this type of format. We are in the age of technology yet I can’t create a more intricate email signature???
