Bad Decision
I could cry. You have decimated a perfectly good format.
I have been a satisfied aol'er and emailer since 2003. That's 17 YEARS.
I have put up with the tinkering and nibbling around the edges over the years, but you have gone too far this time.
I ABSOLUTELY HATE THE ABOMINATION NOW CREATED. Looking at the other posts on here I'm in the majority.
WHEN IS aol GOING TO TAKE NOTICE OF THE GENERAL CONSENSUS?

Why did you change the format ? It was fine and easy to use. The new format is confusing for older people. I guess you don’t care about us.

Go back to the old format. The new format is difficult to use especially with the ads in the middle.

New Format
This new format is horrid. The ONLY reason I stayed with AOL was the ease of use, especially compared to my wife's icloud account. Ads are extremely annoying where placed, especially since I AM PAYING FOR AOL. And where the heck did the ability to select multiple emails for one-click deletion go ? Saved me a ton of time. I could go on, but you get the idea from all the other posters.
