Restore previous listing of files
I saved items to 1 of 2 folders labelled 'new document' and they have disappeared and I can't find the items I saved. I am a 74yr old guy without much IT knowlegde

Go back to the old format. The new one is not user friendly.
This new format is full of advertising and makes me want to cancel my subscription.

Now swiping deletes email
Email is worse man I thought now it's that if you swipe even accidentally you could delete or move to a folder or something what a horrible horrible decision AOL is evil

The choices for enable facial recognition or finger print should
How about NO, only 1 device I use has a finger print reader, I never use it. And I don't. Want to use my face for my password. How about adding a no option! Enable or maybe later, I want NO!

AOL you have failed in this new version I have If you believe it or not has taken alot longer to go through my emails not how the old version was sweet and easy
For time being reverted to basic it quicker to work with ( by the way I noted what ads I’ve forced to circumnavigate and sent email that I do not appreciate having there product stuck in my face) -

My groups in contacts have disappeared and I can't see a way to recreate them. They are vital to my use of aol mail.

NEW MAIL sucks
What was wrong wit the old version? New version is hard to navigate, very very slow and the ads are annoying as ****.
Of course that's the whole thing behind this is the ads for you to make more money. I click on go to old version of mail but it doesn't stay as soon as I go back I have to jump through a bunch of hoops just to get my mail to work correctly, I don't like the mail going into the old mail file also very annoying. -
